I really want you to be happy with what you ordered! But if something isn’t right, you can send it back within 30 days.
Returns
If you want to return something, please make sure it’s still in good condition – like how it was when you got it. And please tell me your order number so I know which order it is!
If I made something special just for you (like with your name on it), I can’t take it back – unless it got messed up in the mail or something.
Refunds
When I get your return, I will send your money back. This usually takes about 5-7 days. The money goes back the same way you paid.
Oh, and the shipping you paid at first – I can’t give that back. Sorry!
Oops! Something broken?
If your card or notebook arrived broken or messed up, that’s not good! Just let me know and I’ll send you a new one.
Sending stuff back
You have to pay for shipping when you send something back to me.
